Request for Absence Form

As part of our ongoing commitment to celebrating learning both inside and outside the classroom, we request your support for term time holiday applications.

If holiday requests are agreed, this approval will be given on the understanding that parents upload a few photos to Earwig showing what your child has been doing during their time away from school. This helps us to recognise and value the rich learning experiences that take place beyond the classroom, whether exploring new places, developing practical skills, spending time with family, or discovering new interests.

If you experience any difficulties accessing or using Earwig, please do not hesitate to contact the school office. We will be very happy to help.
