Remote learning update – September 2021

We are now in a brand new school year and all students are back in full time education. The children have loved returning to school and seeing more of their friends and teachers but we are still being careful and following our school covid risk assessment in order to keep COVID 19 at bay

Although we hope that the majority of our children will now have an uninterrupted experience, there is the possibility that an individual child will need to self-isolate for a period of time. During this time they will be set work by their teachers if they are well enough to complete it.

Our remote learning package will be available to all of those students via activity resource packs and planning on the class eSchool page so that they will be able to continue with their education.

Since March 2020 we have been providing remote learning via newsletters, activity resource packs and the class eSchools page , so that all children have been able to continue with their education.

This meets the expectations set out in the DfE guidance ‘Remote Education Support’ which can be viewed by clicking the link below.

There are three main aspects to our remote offer:

  1.     Newsletters
  2.     eSchools
  3.     Activity packs

Please see below for home learning for each key stage.

In addition to our customised home learning program and the materials made available directly to our students via eSchools, here are some links for useful websites and resources that will help you with learning from home for your children.
